Self-Exclusion and Time-Out Policy

Betinia provides Time-Out and Self-Exclusion to support responsible gambling. This policy sets out the conditions, effects, and procedures for limiting activity on Betinia.

Time-Out

A Time-Out is a short‑term restraint on your Betinia activity. The available periods are displayed in your Account Profile in the Time-Out section. While Time-Out is active, you will be unable to deposit, withdraw funds, play any Betinia products, or access Betinia services.

  • Initiation: Start a Time-Out from your Account Profile.
  • Revocation: A Time-Out may be revoked only after 24 hours from the initial request.
  • Activation: Upon expiry, your Betinia account is automatically reactivated and normal functionality resumes.

Self-Exclusion

Self-Exclusion provides a longer-term pause from gambling on Betinia. To commence, you must email Betinia Support to notify us of your decision to pause activity. On receipt, your account enters Stage 1.

  • Stage 1 – Cooling-Off: A 24-hour cooling-off period during which the account is disabled and no gambling activity is possible.
  • Post-Cooling Period: After Stage 1, Betinia will inform you of the available predefined Self-Exclusion periods. You must select one of the pre-set periods; no variations to the pre-selected periods are allowed.
  • Confirmation: You must respond by email to proceed. If no reply is received within 24 hours, the request is not accepted and the account may be reopened with confirmation by email.
  • Effect: During the Self-Exclusion period, the account is disabled and deposits/withdrawals are prohibited.
  • Reactivation: Upon expiration, the Self-Exclusion period ends and the account is automatically reactivated.

Financial Protection of Players

You may establish financial limits within the My Account area. If you exceed any maximum self-imposed limit, Betinia will restrict any actions related to that limit. Revocation of a limit or exclusion requires written or electronic notice. Betinia will consider such requests but reserves absolute discretion to deny.

Promotions and Excluded Accounts

Betinia will take reasonable steps to ensure that promotional materials are not sent to customers who have self-excluded. Betinia shall not be liable for activity conducted from alternate accounts or registration details altered to bypass exclusions.
